Interested? Here’s how it works:

Once your application is processed, you’ll be invited to create a client profile by setting up payment and filling out an in-depth questionnaire that I will review. Once we get it back, I will contact you to set up a call to go over your intake forms together and collaborate on your nutrition plan. If you choose fitness as well, you’ll be added to the training program at this time. Then you are on your way to tracking your food and habits, and checking in with me weekly for support!
