My All-Time Favorite Coffee Recipe

Do you love coffee? Yea, me too. The problem with coffee is that it can be a little too much for our systems when we feel like we need it most (aka first thing in the morning).


I like to recommend having something in your system before you have that first cup of coffee (not just water, sorry!), like some fat and protein. That being said, I also know you might be averse to eating that early in the morning, so I like to recommend another option: my favorite latte! I'm sharing my favorite way to drink coffee, and how I recommend some of my clients drink their coffee in place of plain black coffee. ICYMI, here’s the recipe:

1-2 ounces of Full Fat Coconut Cream- I like Native Forest

½ Tbsp Grass-Fed Ghee- I like 4th & Heart

8-10 ounces of Coffee (i let it cool off a bit before pouring it into the blender cup because #stillplastic)
